Summer Camp 2019!

This year at Reflex Gymnastics we have an exciting new camp program for the summer of 2019! Our program will focus on providing kids with the three things that we consider most important at Reflex: new skills, safety, and fun-filled memories.

As in the past, each day of camp will feature several hours of direct gymnastics coaching from our highly trained staff. Kids and coaches will also participate in a variety of active games and training exercises designed to enhance our gymnastics  and Ninja Zone curriculum. Camp is a great opportunity for kids to learn new gymnastics techniques or perfect ones they’ve already been practicing with more personal attention and instruction than is typically available during classes.

Our summer camp has weekly themes that will be used as a basis for activities that extend beyond gymnastics. Our themed activities, which vary week by week, will allow kids to let their hair down and have some fun with wacky activities and crafts that are exciting and engaging for all ages. Additionally, kids will have the chance to take their camp experience beyond the gym with some of the thrilling field trips that we have planned for this summer.

Reflex Gymnastics will open each day at 7:30 a.m. for early drop off (no additional charge). Camp will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. with stretches and warm-up activities. Each day will feature several hours of gymnastics or Ninja Zone instruction with children grouped by age and ability. In addition to gymnastics and our weekly theme activities, each day will have 60 minutes of coach-directed craft time. Field trips are on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays during the week. Camp activities will conclude at 4:30 p.m. We will have late-pick up available from 4:30 p.m. till 6:30 p.m. (also at no additional charge).

We hope you’ll join us as we strive to make 2019 the best summer ever at Reflex Gymnastics!
