Silver Package

• Price: Member $300 / Nonmember $325
• 1 hour on the Gym floor, 30 mins in the party room
• Up to 10 kids including the party guest
• Party host and necessary staff
• Table covering, Plates, cups, napkins & utensils for kids(Pick 2 colors: blue, purple, pink, green, yellow, orange, black or red)
• Drinks: water and Capri Sun for the children
• Set up/ clean up.

Gold Package

• Price: Members $350/ Nonmembers $375
• 1 hour on the floor, 30 mins in the party room
• Up to 15 kids including the party guest (5 and older)
• Party host and necessary staff
• Table covering, Plates, cups, napkins & utensils for kids (Pick 2 colors: blue, purple, pink, green, yellow, orange, black or red)
• Drinks: Water and Capri Sun for the children
• Set up/ clean up

 

Additional children: $13 per child

*Pre-school parties require parents to assist their child on the floor.

PARTY RULES

Thank you party parents for choosing Reflex Gymnastics for your child’s party. We would like to go over some rules and policies of Reflex Gymnastics that will keep your party a positive experience for you, your guests and us!

On the day of the party, the parent’s of each child in attendance are required to sign a liability waiver. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all parents are in attendance so consent forms are able to be signed.

Adults are typically not allowed in the gym except for during Preschool Parties. At no time are parents allowed to be on any equipment, however you may guide and help your child on equipment and obstacles. Parents of school-aged students are welcome to watch from the lobby.

Additional rules:

• A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
• Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
• NO GLASS OF ANY KIND is allowed in the building.
• Please listen and follow all directions given by the instructor(s).
• Pinatas are not allowed at the party.
• Parties start and end promptly. There is a $15.00 fee for each 15 minutes that the party runs over.
• Party host may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to party start time. No exceptions to this rule.
• The first hour of the party is spent in the gym under guided supervision. Before the party begins and after the hour of gym time has passed, children ARE NOT allowed in the gym. Our party hosts will be helping the party family by serving food and drinks and are unable to supervise children in the gym.
• Children should wear athletic clothing (no buttons or zippers), no jewelry, and hair pulled back.
• If you would like to provide your own decorations, please drop them off by the Friday before the party, no later than 6:30pm. Please label the decorations with your child’s name and time of the party. There is no discount for bringing your own decorations.
• In order to provide adequate staffing, please inform us of your total attendance a minimum of 7 days before the party. If a 20 child party is scheduled and only 10 arrive – the balance for the 20 is charged if no 7 day notice was given. Coaches gratuity appreciated!
• The birthday party does not reserve the entire gym as a private event; therefore other events, classes, or birthday parties may be occurring in separate areas of the gym at the same time as your birthday party.
